Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Tveshi mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service") operated by Tveshi ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Service Description

Tveshi provides an AI-powered platform where users select expert roles (e.g., Medical Consultant, Legal Advisor, Financial Expert) and receive AI-generated responses to their queries. The AI responses are generated using third-party large language models and role-specific system prompts configured by Tveshi.

The Service is an information tool, not a professional service provider. Tveshi does not employ, license, or represent any doctors, lawyers, financial advisors, architects, or other professionals. The "expert roles" are AI personas designed to provide domain-specific information — they are not real professionals.

3. Account Registration and Security

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• Each account is for individual, personal use only. Sharing accounts is prohibited.
• You must notify us immediately at support@tveshi.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4. Free Tier and Subscriptions

• Free Tier: New users receive 3 complimentary questions upon registration. No credit card is required.
• Pro Monthly (₹299/month): Unlimited consultations, billed monthly.
• Pro Yearly (₹2,499/year): Unlimited consultations, billed annually.
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
• Upon cancellation, your subscription benefits continue until the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds for unused portions of a subscription are available within 7 days of purchase, provided fewer than 10 questions have been asked in the current billing cycle.
• Refund requests should be sent to support@tveshi.com with your registered email and transaction ID.
• Free-tier credits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
• Attempt to extract, reverse-engineer, or circumvent the AI system prompts or safety measures.
• Use the Service for automated, bulk, or programmatic access without written permission.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or connected networks.
• Redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit AI-generated content without authorization.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms, with or without prior notice.

7. Intellectual Property

• The Tveshi name, logo, branding, and all associated intellectual property are owned by Tveshi.
• The system prompts, role configurations, and Service architecture are proprietary and confidential.
• AI-generated responses are provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You may use them for your own reference and decision-making but may not commercially redistribute them as professional advice.
• You retain ownership of the questions and content you submit to the Service.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tveshi and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your reliance on AI-generated content; (d) any content you submit through the Service; or (e) your violation of any third-party rights.

10. Assumption of Risk

You expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• AI technology is inherently imperfect and may produce incorrect, misleading, biased, or incomplete responses.
• AI "hallucinations" (confident but factually incorrect statements) are a known limitation of large language models.
• Information provided by the Service may be outdated, as AI models have training data cutoff dates.
• The Service cannot account for your individual circumstances, medical history, legal jurisdiction, financial situation, or other personal factors that a human professional would consider.
• You are solely responsible for verifying any information received through the Service before acting on it.
• You use the Service and rely on AI-generated content entirely at your own risk.

11. Service Availability and Modifications

• We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service.
• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable.
• We may update the AI models, system prompts, or role configurations to improve quality and safety.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' advance notice to existing subscribers.

12. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of data as described in the Privacy Policy.

13. Account Termination

• You may delete your account at any time from the app's profile settings. Account deletion is permanent and removes all your data within 30 days.
• We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
• Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification) shall survive.

14. Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
• Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
• If negotiation fails, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
• For users in the EU/EEA, this clause does not affect your right to bring proceedings in your local courts as provided by mandatory consumer protection laws.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via in-app notification or email at least 15 days before the revised Terms take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service and delete your account.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Tveshi regarding the Service, superseding any prior agreements or communications.
