Delete Your Account

Tveshi Account Deletion

We respect your right to delete your account and all associated data. Follow the steps below to permanently delete your Tveshi account.

Option 1: Delete from the App

Open the Tveshi app on your device.
Go to Profile (bottom tab).
Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
Confirm the deletion when prompted.

Option 2: Request via Email

Send an email to support@tveshi.com with the subject line "Delete My Account" from the email address or phone number associated with your account. We will process your request within 72 hours.

What Gets Deleted

Account information: Phone number, email, display name, and profile data.
Chat history: All chat sessions and messages are permanently removed.
Credits and subscription data: Any remaining credits are forfeited.
Authentication tokens: All active sessions are invalidated.

What We May Retain

Payment records: Transaction history is retained for up to 7 years as required by Indian tax and financial regulations.
Anonymized analytics: Aggregated, non-identifiable usage data may be retained for service improvement.

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If you have an active subscription, please cancel it before deleting your account to avoid further charges.
